Travel: Jaunt The World
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page.” Saint Augustine

Travel: JauntTheWorld – Visit all the people and places you can see!
I have wandered all my life, and I have also traveled; the difference between the two being this, that we wander for distraction, but we travel for fulfillment. Hilaire Belloc
Certainly, travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living. Mary Ritter Beard
Where would you like to go for a short jaunt? An extended trip? Travel has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in a family of travel lovers and had the opportunity to live/study on three continents. I’ve traveled beyond the original three, and have shared my love for travel with my children; they continue to look for new places to visit and explore. While I took a short break in the last couple of years, I’d love to get back to traveling the globe and have decided to dedicate this page to all things travel related and that includes food, music, culture and more. Join me!

Travel: JauntTheWorld – Visit all the people and places you can see!
“Travel, in the younger sort, is a part of education; in the elder, it’s a part of experience.” Francis Bacon

Travel: JauntTheWorld – Visit all the people and places you can see!
To travel is to take a journey into yourself. Danny Kaye
A journey is a person in itself; no two are alike. And all plans, safeguards, policing, and coercion are fruitless. We find that after years of struggle that we do not take a trip; a trip takes us. John Steinbeck
One of the joys of traveling is getting to meet the locals and making new friends. Whenever I take a trip, I make an effort to connect with local people and see their world through their eyes; even if for a few minutes. This helps me understand how the locals live and what matters to them. The world is a big and beautiful place and there is so much to see, learn and share. Join me and add your favorite locations here. If you’d like to invite me on an excursion or wish to share a wonderful location with my readers, I’m all ears. Bon Voyage!

Where have your travels led you? Do tell! 🙂
So far, I travelled for 6 hours and that’s the longest. i hope I can travel more, oh, busy days please give me some vacation!
I love to travel and it relaxes me. We are taking a trip to Pigeon Forge next week and I cannot wait to get away 🙂
Yeah, me too, I love travelling because it is relaxing as long as I am not the driver!
I love traveling too, so relaxing and the experience us priceless, can’t wait for our next summer vacation.
This makes me really miss to travel abroad. Been to Japan, New Caledonia, Singapore, Cambodia etc and I still want to explore now with my small family. 🙂
Wow, I envy your travels! I hope I can do that too, maybe when my son is a bit older so he can truly enjoy our travel abroad!
I wish I could travel more and maybe one day I’ll be physically able to. When I do travel, I love to check out all of the eatery places as well as scenic views.
Me too! I love checking out the food and the amazing scenes in the place!
Traveling makes you a wise person, and of course a happier one as well. The only thing that helps me remain jovial is travel.
I also like to travel, in fact, I love to! I love to meet new friends and try different delicacies. Next year, I will be travelling and hope to see different parts of the world too.
I’m still traveling and living life as an expat, but my ultimate long jaunt would be Antarctica!
I would love to go to an isolated island and feel the sun and a gentle breeze on my skin just about now x
I love traveling and am planning next trip to turkey …can’t wait …. Your pictures are amazing
I love your pictures! Travel really opened my perspective and, I think, enhanced my empathy for others.
Travelling makes me happy and strong person
those pictures are amazing, I also love to travel and I could recognize those people and landmarks from all over the world.
We travel extensively and just got back from Spain and Portugal. There aren’t many places left on our bucket list, so we are doing some repeating. We’ll be back in France yet again for 3 weeks next year. The rest of the year, only domestic destinations but one or two each month. This weekend, Virginia, then Manhattan, western NY, Montana, Maui and Santa Fe. What did I leave out?
Nothing? Hahaha! 🙂
There are so many places that I would like to visit. I think Italy is one I like to visit.
I really like the difference between wander and travel. It is so true. I am a great wanderer.
Gosh, I’ve been to all sorts of places but I have never stopped admiring every unique quality that each location has. I would like to spend more time at most European countries if possible.
I love to travel and wish money was less tight so I could do more.
I love your philosophy. Seeing a new country through the locals eyes. I try to do that too. Would love to go to some exotic location.
I’m currently in Korea, my second time to travel in this country. I don’t want to go home just yet. 🙁
I think traveling is great. If you can travel then I say go for it. I just wish that I could travel more often. You can learn so much from it too.
Traveling is a big lesson plan and once we’ve seen and visited so many places, we surely will not be lost anymore. why? because we have heard a lot of dialects and perhaps learned a few or two – that would help us communicate with others. We have learned the cuisine and delicacies in each places so we will never get hungry. And surely we have met a soul or two who will be our friends to lead us.
I want to travel the world and see the most famous places! Traveling is best with your loved ones!
Beautiful and stunning photos and intriguing quotes.
I just came form a 6-day vacation with my family and we visited a province up North which took us a 10-hour drive! Travel is always exciting.
I have travelled from my home in Canada to the United Kingdom, India, Egypt, and Oman. I really enjoy travelling and meeting new people. I hope to do more travelling to other places sometime in the future.
If I could just spend the rest of my life traveling the world I would! It’s incredible the amount in can learn from seeing how other people live!
I love travelling too because I meet new friends and see the local culture of the place. It is nice to travel with a special someone.
I don’t travel much at all! I wish that wasn’t the case. I’m missing out on some amazing adventures. If I could take a trip right now I’d go to Haiti to see my mother.
I won’t travel outside of the US until my kids are older, but I am looking forward to exploring our country for now.
I don’t travel as much as I would like. If I had the chance I would go to Iceland and Italy, and maybe Australia.
After I get my passport sorted I’d love to start going on trips. I loved France when I was a child so it would be nice to go back for a visit.
i love travelling too! would love to see the 20 things you must see before you die list on google haha everything is just perfect
I would love to travel more! The places I would go would be those that have led amazing ancient civilizations because those really excite me! <3
I wish I had the money to travel. I’m a little nervous because of what the world is like. My grandmother and I always wanted to go to Egypt to see the pyramids and all of their ancient artifacts. My grandmother has passed away now but I hope that maybe one day I might get to go. 🙂
I hope that one day you will see the pyramids too. Sorry about your loss… <3
Travel is an addiction! I started my solo traveling a few years back as a Business traveler but never enjoyed it as was working most of the times on my trips! Then later I focussed only on traveling for leisure!
I love this! If there’s one thing about me, I sure do love to travel, I’m actually going to some cool places over the next month or so! Can’t wait!!
I have always wanted to travel to Paris it just looks so elegant to me
Traveling provides us the benefit of getting to know other culture, flavors and people. I just love traveling came back from Europe and I am still dreaming.
We don’t travel often, but will be Wednesday. We’re headed to visit my family for Thanksgiving. I am excited and will be blogging about it.
There are so many places I would love to travel. Top of my list right now is Italy. Its always been a place I want to see
I have always wanted to travel more. I may never get everywhere I want to go, but I will certainly know a lot… as I research a ton o different places!
I was fortunate in that my parents loved traveling and so they exposed me to a variety of experiences in my younger years. I wonder how my views and opinions would be had I not gotten the opportunity to travel abroad and SEE the world!
I want to travel to so many places. My list is pretty much every country in the world! Well, maybe not every country, but there are very few places that I’d turn down the opportunity to explore!
I have been blessed with chances to travel around the world. Australia has been my favorite place to visit so far. South Africa, England and Alaska are still on my to visit list.
We try to make a connection with locals if we can too. I do love to travel so very much!
I love travelling a lot and I agree with that wonderful quote from Saint Augustine. I do love connecting with local people whenever I visit a new place and have a huge friend list as I love to mix with them in knowing more about their culture & tradition as well.
I have been all over North America, except most of Canada and Alaska.. I would love to do more traveling and take my kids as they get older and can experience the culture of the world. Where have you gone to?
I have traveled to a lot of places domestically and internationally. I love travel because it not only relaxes me, also enhances my knowledge about other cultures.
Travel wasn’t always apart of our lives. We are glad it is now. You can learn so much from travel, that you can’t from anywhere else.
Nice insights! Where do you plan on travelling next? My wife and I are going to Chile soon!
I love the quote from Hilaire Belloc. It expresses my feelings exactly.
I love travelling. It’s so amazing to go out into new adventures and there is so much to learn on the road – about the world and also about yourself 🙂
I’ve only traveled throughout the US and to Canada and Mexico. I just recently got my passport and am planning a European vacation this summer.
Sounds like you’ve had some great opportunities to see the world. As a Canadian one of my favourite things to do is to travel my own country. It’s so beautiful and large here that there is never a chance to run out of amazing things to do and see. Thanks!
Traveling has made me a better person. I gained better understanding of other cultures and communities. I would really recommend that people should travel as often as they could.
I wish I could travel more! Especially to paris! Maybe one dayi’ll be able to!
Really cool insight! I love the photo! super nice and so diverse.Where will you be traveling next? xx corinne
Wherever grace and free tickets lead me. 🙂
Traveling is always so great! Discovering new places, new food, new cultures, opening your mind to others! Your pictures are great! xx corinne
I, too, am a huge fan of traveling! I agree that you get the most out of your travel experience when you spend some time with the locals.
I love traveling. I have so many places I want to see.
This makes me want to hop on a place and travel the world!! I loved reading all of your thoughts!
This post makes me want to hop on a plane and travel the world! I loved reading all of your thoughts on travel.
Travel enriches all of us whether we consciously realize it or not. It also broadens our view of the world and of our fellow humans and their values and cultures. It helps us grow and appreciate so much. It’s probably why so many people describe travel and its discoveries an addiction.
Meeting the locals does add an extra element of depth to visits out of the country especially. We’ve been very lucky to have met such wonderful people all over here and Europe too. We haven’t been to any other places outside of here and there, but maybe someday. You’re lucky to have traveled so extensively
Like you, travel is very important to me. It gives me an opportunity to spread my wings, learn about other cultures, see all the beauty of this lovely world. So, where are you off to next?
Traveling is my life currently! I love experiences where I live in a foreign country, so I found an opportunity to teach in Spain. I’ll be returning to the same city for another year and am so excited! This summer I found an opportunity to work as an aupair with a very nice family in the Czech Republic. I love traveling and more than that, I love getting to know the locals!
I just read (and loved) a great post about how that St Augustine quote belittles the experiences of those who do not have the means to travel. Which I totally agree with! That being said, I think traveling is wonderful and I miss being able to do it more.
I have read reactions to that quote and I think the point that people are missing is that travel doesn’t have to be international. It can be local. Saint Augustine lived in a time when there were no planes and most people walked or rode horses. Travel could even be as simple as getting to know your own community and neighborhood. So it is not intended to be cruel. It is an encouragement to reach out to others from wherever we are. <3
That is an interesting, and kinder, way to think about it. Thank you.
You are welcome! 🙂
I have to say that any post that quotes Danny Kaye is a great post in my book. He was one of the most amazing entertainers. And yes to travel is a journey into one’s self. Because you get stripped of your artifice and all you have left is you when you travel to places.
First… I just learned a new term, “short jaunt”. It sounds so editorial. I love it! Now where would I go? I’d probably try for a weekend island getaway somewhere in the Caribbean. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for checking in Esse. Glad to see you here! 🙂
I love traveling. I feel like I learn a lot about myself in addition to the teachings of the cultural habits and environment of others during each trip. It’s truly a humbling experience.
I have a bucket list of places to visit! Cali, Bali, Hawaii, France, Italy, London, New York, Israel! So many more!
A lot is learned through traveling. Many get a greater insight on life. What do you learn from traveling.
I love traveling and exploring new place and cultures, really widens your knowledge and way of living
For a short jaunt I would go to St. Louis. For an extended trip I would spend a few weeks exploring New York City.
My husband and I have loved traveling and we’ve been on and off for the past months. It’s amazing how traveling can change your view of the world and gain better appreciation of it as well.
I love to travel but I have never tried international travels! but soon, ill be traveling outside asia!
Hey Eliza, that opening statement (the one from Saint Augustine) is a catch! Traveling sure gives you the opportunity to touch lives of people and cultures you otherwise won’t even know existed. And this list of 10 posts embedded makes you realize that there is a whole lot of new world that one still has to visit.
I love that quote of st. Augustine! This article gives me flashbacks to all the good times on the road…
I love traveling to new and exciting places. In January I went to Santiago, Chile, then to Vina del Mar and down to Patagonia and The End of the World. In April/May I spent 5 weeks in Mexico and I’m heading back there again on Sunday. The travel location that’s on the top of my list is Cuba. A group of us are planning a trip there in early 2019.
Cuba is at the top of my list mainly because I sense it changing and would love to see how time stopped there with all the old buildings and cars… Plus, it’s a beautiful country with great folks. 🙂
I take after my Mum, who is a well-traveled woman. She’s actually off to her next adventure as I write! 🙂
Ah, I absolutely love traveling. I love getting to know about different cultures, I love knowing about different foods & tasting them too. <3
Of course you already know I love to travel. Haha! I traveled to very far places this past two months. Travel really educates and recharges me. However, coming back to the daily routine can be very difficult if you have been out for several weeks. 🙂
True… It can feel like all the excitement has vanished. Welcome back!
I love the way you thread diverse ideas into one post and still make sense! Travel is the best teacher, companion and friend. I echo each thing you have said about it.
Wow! It’s soo great to hear that traveling has been a part of your family for generations. Traveling has also been a great part of my life also and would love to explore more! 🙂
For now, I am traveling Mumbai, one of the finest and most beautiful cities to explore … my journey has just begin and a never ending one.
Connecting with local people is always what we do too, but this is only possible when we know how to speak their language. If not, we would be having trouble doing sign languages or showing text through paper.
We can connect even with limited knowledge of the language. English is a universal language and hand signs, few words and smiles go a long way. 🙂
I love traveling with my two kiddos. We want to see more of the US, and then I hope to see some more of the world as well.
Excellent and I need to add that to my post that travel can be local too… There is so much to see in the USA.
I am also a traveler, I always like to discover new places. Right now, as we speak, I am booking the hotels for my new adventure. I think travelling cultivates your mind and soul.
It does and those who have the opportunity to get and go, should do so.
at my age, travel has been my passion. Thanks for these, let us travel and enjoy the world
I love to travel. I can’t wait our out of the country summer getaway soon.
The more we travel, the more we open our mind to new concept, cultures and attractions. It can really give us a better perspective.
This is why life isn’t meant to be lived in just one place 🙂 forgot who really said that but I believed in it. 🙂 I love travelling also but havent gone outside our country.
To me, travel rejuvenates the body, relaxes the mind and refreshes the soul! Every time I travel, it feels like I’m breaking away from a cage.
I love travelling. It teaches me a lot about the reality of life, in general. It’s always fun to travel.
I have traveled to three places in Asia – China, Taiwan and Singapore. I would want to travel to Thailand and Vietnam too. Saving up for a future trip to those countries. What did I learn from these travels? I learned to speak Mandarin. 🙂
traveling has always been one of my life goals.. though i really wanna pursue it with that special someone,, as i grow old my plan is to actually start traveling the world once i’m about to retire.. i believe that will be most fulfilling in life. 🙂
Start now and locally… See you on the road. 🙂
I love travelling (hence writing a travel blog!) 🙂 I recently completed my “30 before 30” challenge to visit 30 countries before I turned 30. I am so proud of managing to achieve it! x
Congratulations! I’m so proud of you.
travel is the ultimate thing to do – couldn’t live without it!
I think traveling is definitely one of the biggest joys in life and in my opinion one of the best ways to learn anything from history, science, psychology and etc. And I agree that meeting the locals and making friends is one of the best parts.
So funny that you wrote this. Reading is so important and yes, it definitely has the potential to bring you to another place that you never imagined. Just as does travel.
I love to travel and have been to 18 countries already and I would like to travel to even more places. You should pick it up again and it enjoy it to the fullest again.
Everyone should make an effort to travel, learn about new cultures and discover
I love to travel! I learn so much by immersing myself into different cultures. It is truly an eye opening experience!
I completely agree – to travel is to take a journey into your own mind and soul. I love travelling, hence my travel blog 🙂 x
I love to travel, I’ve been all over the world. There’s no experience like it!
Travel is the best addiction. Learning on the go while having fun. Loved the shots and quotes. Thanks for sharing!
I want to travel so much more than what I have already! I love meeting new people and seeing new places, finding all the hidden beauty in the world.
Traveling is a gift we give ourselves… it helps us find our peace and bliss…
For me too travel is soothing and challenging at the same time. Soothing in a way as it takes my mind of the mundane life and challenges my perceptions about places and people.
I just started traveling in the last year and a half. Took me 29 years to travel and I wish I started earlier, but better late than never right?!
I love the opening quote AND the one about the difference between wandering and traveling! Yes, my hubby and I would love to go back to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We went there in November 2013 for my middle daughter’s destination wedding, but we want to go back by ourselves some day and have the honeymoon we never had when we got married over 11 year ago.
We stayed at the Excellence Resort (worthy of its name!) on an all-inclusive package deal and it was amazing! All amenities, meals and drinks included – I think over a dozen different restaurants and beach-side/pool-side bars. The staff would walk along the beach and take orders, and then serve guests – we didn’t even have to move! Great way to have a vacation!
I love to travel. Not only is it fun but it like getting an education. You never know what you will see. You get a culture shock seeing things with your own eyes.
The world certainly is an amazing place! I have lived in many places and all have been wonderful in their own way.
My list of destinations I’d like to go just grows and grows, Japan, Spain, New Zealand, Mexico, Australia – I’ll stop there but it really will take up way too much room on your page if I list them all. I think its wonderful you take time to see how the locals live and getting an understanding of their lives and also that you encourage your children to explore – its a big beautiful world out there 😀
Travelling is good for the soul and can be so eye opening. Hopefully I will get to travel more one day!
Travel is such a big and important aspect of my life. I find that it mends my heart and soul in so many ways, and has made a tremendously positive impact on my life.
I, too, want to visit and spend time with the locals if I get to travel more. I would like to visit Australia or Ireland. I have no specific reason for wanting to visit these two countries. I like the wide open spaces and castles of Ireland.
Having another hot air balloon should be fun? Dont you think so. Done once at Cappadocia ! Simply love it.. Even though the weather was super cold in the winter !
Traveling is so amazing. There are so many places to see and so much to learn. I wish I did it more.
I am a frequent traveler and I cannot agree more that we needed to mingle to the locals and get an understand of their life and see from their perspective. Only by doing so we realized more about our root and our identity.
A fractured coccyx has left all our travel plans on hold 🙁 we are so craving a trip!
I truly adore travel. It is hands down one of my favorite things to do. You never know what you’ll experience! 🙂
I love jaunting the world. It’s so fun, and I really enjoy taking in new sights, sounds, and foods. It’s such a fun part of life.
As a travel blogger I love to travel and my favourite thing like you is to meet the culture and its people. The world is a unique place and getting the chance to experience some of it is a privilege. 🙂
Though when it comes to blogging travel is not in my niche but I need to regarding work. And for peace there are once two places. One is Sicilia, Italy (My home country) and another is Maldives because that place itself is peaceful.
In my opinion, you just can’t beat travel. It enhances every aspect of one’s life.
We love to travel! There’s so many places to explore!
I’d love to explore more of Europe in the Spring/Summer. So much art and history to experience!
Traveling is my passion, I really want to see the whole world. Each place is so unique, it is always filling me with joy!
I really love traveling. Unfortnunately so far I have only visited European counties but i am planning on visiting the US and Africa sometime soon.
I travel as often as I can, which is not nearly enough!
Travel excites and inspires me, educates and challenges me, and most of all, it humbles me.
Love the quotes about traveling! Sounds like you have been to a lot of places. Thanks for sharing your findings.
I love travelling! Also I always try to live like locals,I stay in self catering accommodations, I love to get to know local people & see their home through their eyes. I try to explore as much is possible, thank you for sharing this post, I love the photos!
I love to travel, but I hate taking the plane…
what exciting places you’ve been! did you have a favorite? I am Korean so I would love to visit Korea one day and also on your list of past visits I think Greece is near the top.
Joy
Travel is such an amazing experience. Opens you up to so many different experiences and cultures.
Traveling is fun and one can learn a lot. It allows you see from the perspectives of others.
Lovely post about the values of travel! It’s amazing how much you can learn about yourself when you leave your comfort zone.
This past few years, we started to travel and I love it. Hopefully more to come! Sooo fun to do it when you have the means. =)
I have traveled not too far from my home country. I have been to Taiwan (I actually explored the whole island) and to Singapore. Right now, all travel plans are on hold until my health gets better. I dream of traveling to Europe and the Scandinavian countries someday.
I’ve been traveling around Korea and Philippines for the past 5 years. I’m still not done! I can’t wait to see the beauty of other countries too!
My next travel goal is Thailand! Once I graduate school, I am THERE! It looks so beautiful, and I have been reading about the culture recently, and am even more intrigued!
I travel to experience different cultures, taste new cuisines, meet different people and challenge myself in an unknown city with an unfamiliar language.
Nothing gives me more pleasure than simply, travelling, strolling around, wandering aimlessly with no specific destination or particular thing to do.
Travel is good for soul and reckon it makes you live a life fulfilled.
Traveling is such an adventure and I really love to do it often. Your post inspires me a lot.
I have been planning a trip to Sri Lanka for ages – hpefulyl it will work out this year.
I was born with a travel bug and ever since I’ve been on my own, I have been traveling as much as I can. I am just about to embark on a new journey on Monday, to a country that I haven’t been to before: Sri Lanka.
Travel is amazing I have been Thailand, Jamaica, Cuba, Italy and Spain sooo many more places to go thankfs for your post
As a travel blogger, I’m always up to travel anywhere, anytime :)) However, my fiance’s holidays are limited, and we travel together. Next year is already planned out: we took sailing lessons to buy a boat and go explore the Mediterranean and the other seas in southern Europe 🙂
Travelling gives me inner soul happiness !! i have many places in my bucket list.. Hope i will explore whole world one day .. thanks for sharing such a beautiful post
Meeting the locals is what it’s all about! Even better if you can find a local who is willing to show you around off the beaten path! So exciting!
I love travelling. Traveling is the best refreshing thing in life 🙂
Travel is a great way to connect with your inner self. Most of my travels are centered around my kids though , for the time being atleast.
I love traveling. Give me wings and you’d never see me again.
I ageee. You discover much of yourself when you travel.
Travelling is one of the best things that I have done in terms of investing in myself. I take multiple trips each year, and find that they grow me as a person so very much.
This is so beautiful!!! I love traveling and exploring new countries and experiencing new cultures. Thanks a lot for sharing.
I love travelling and have been to many places with family and for business. I have a long list, have plans for world tour.
I love the quote by Danny Kate. It is pure and truthfull.
I wish I’d travelled more when I was young, free and single! I like exploring different places and cultures – i just have less time for it these days!
Lots of places on the travel bucket list! New Zealand next I think, but you’ve given lots of food for thought.
I would love to travel and see new places and cultures. I travel a lot in the homeland, but would love to venture out abroad, too.
Travelling is great way to relax and enjoy with your family! It is a great way to connect with people around the world.
Traveling is one of the great experience I’ve ever had. With this, I got a chance of meeting new people, learning new culture and seeing worlds beautiful places.
I love travelling but never got a chance to travel abroad. I always dream of visiting worlds wonder.
Traveling allows us to see the world differently.
One of the perks of traveling is being able to emerge yourself in other cultures. The food you taste is another perk.
Omg the pictures are so diverse, Loved it.
The passion that you have is simply mind blowing. Loved it.
This year I’ll not be taking a big trip, but I would love to go visit my friends in California x
Laura
the positivity in this blog is tremendous. The vibe to travel hit me hard and a bad experience i had once i visited out. Thanks to the writer
I am taking my son to SeaWorld for the first time this weekend!
Travel is my goal! I love to go out of town for adventure because it for me it determines happiness!
Sigh. Traveling. I’d love to go on a short trip to somewhere in the Caribbean. A long trip to Greece. And I want to live in Puerto Rico!
It is so true, i love to travel as well. There is some much of the world that is not in the media and you can only experience by physically going there. there is so much to learn and discover
Beautiful pictures, I love to travel as well. Keep up the good work
Travelling is such an incredible way to immerse yourself in other cultures, learn new things (like languages and cooking skills), and overall, to gain a better understanding of the incredible nations outside of our own.
A travel jaunt seems like an interesting concept. I would love to travel to a few places and this read is encouraging. Making plans to jaunt now!
Traveling teaches you about life and the world, it’s exploring the best of life!
I love your collages. I agree to you about traveling. I particularly feel that we are created to have the inner desire to travel to be able to connect with the rest of the world.
I have two places on my bucket list! One is Santorini, Greece and the other is Machu Picchu in Peru. They are both so breathtaking.
Feel like I’m rotting here on land… It’s almost time to take to the high seas again
If only I can, I would have not stop traveling the world lol. Serious about this. And blogged everything about them one by one. Agree?
I love that saying the world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page. It is so true. I love that I have been able to travel the world. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I’d love to be able to travel more often. Las Vegas is next on the bucket list!
I love to travel, I started going to local places at first then moved on to places outside my country. The best part is I am traveling to new place together with my kids and learn about the place and their culture.
Travel teaches you about others and their cultures. It opens your eyes to different lifestyles as well
Traveling is so nice experience. It enriches you and is a great way to create memories x

We love to get in contact with locals and making friends all over the world. Widen our horizon is definitely the best part about traveling
I haven’t traveled much but I hope to change that in the near future. Thanks for sharing!
that is great travel motivation. Thanks
I love travelling so much! We are going to Poland next month!
Lovely photos and quotes! You made me miss travelling.
I have so many places I would like to travel too on my bucket list! New Zealand, Australia, Bora Bora, England, Norway, to name a few. Traveling is so much fun!
This is such a beautiful post that is so close to my heart. I love traveling and learning about cultures and different people groups. I would say that some of my favorite places have been Oregon, USA, Nigeria, Benin, Ghana, Lithuania, Estonia,Latvia, Czech republic ( Prague is always crowded but there are some other beautiful cities too).
I love to travel but I spent most of my life going to school. I didn’t prioritize it much. My husband has pushed me to schedule more travel — I really appreciate that!
I wish I traveled more growing up, but I am definitely trying to do it more as an adult.
The cultural richness of our world is just amazing. I wish I had the time to experience as much different cultures as I can – I truly cherish my travels 🙂
