Musings: A Bundle Of Ideas…
“You do things when the opportunities come along. I’ve had periods in my life when I’ve had a bundle of ideas come along, and I’ve had long dry spells. If I get an idea next week, I’ll do something. If not, I won’t do a damn thing.” Warren Buffett

Musings: A Bundle Of Ideas... Tangy's words of wisdom
Ideas: They come, they go… Just take it slow. Remember: brevity is the soul of wit.
In this post, an exercise in briefness, Tangy shares some of his ideas/wisdom and wishes all a productive and abundantly blessed week. Have a great week ahead and Thank you All!
“Keep close to Nature’s heart… and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.” John Muir

Musings: A Bundle Of Ideas... Walk in a Snow Storm
Ideas: Spend time in the woods, spend time by water… Then walk in the snow and be thankful for all you know!
“Sunday clears away the rust of the whole week.” Joseph Addison

Musings: A Bundle Of Ideas... Don't pass the catnip
Ideas: Monday shines a new light on our thoughts … Don’t pass the catnip. But do share your goodwill this week. More Below. 😉
“We shall never have more time. We have, and always had, all the time there is. No object is served in waiting until next week or even until tomorrow. Keep going… Concentrate on something useful.” Arnold Bennett

Musings: A Bundle Of Ideas... Be Happy
“Try to make at least one person happy every day. If you cannot do a kind deed, speak a kind word. If you cannot speak a kind word, think a kind thought. Count up, if you can, the treasure of happiness that you would dispense in a week, in a year, in a lifetime!” Lawrence G. Lovasik
Ideas: When I purr with joy, my family smiles… one kind deed a day and my food plate runneth over. Be happy – Spread your happy light.
What about you? What are your thoughts? Where do you find your ideas? What do you do when a great idea vanishes? a great idea lingers? Do share! Thank you. 🙂
Positive Motivation Tip: Ideas come and go, capture what you can and be grateful for the wisdom… Share yours.

Same here too… They come from all sorts of sources.TY! 🙂
The photo of the smiling cat (that wasn’t Tangy, was it?) just made me smile so much!
It made me smile too… No, the 2nd cat is not our Tangy but sure looks like him. I give credits at the bottom of each post. The first picture is Tangy and we take pictures of him all the time. He seems to love it too. TY! 🙂
A smiling cat,fab shot and great collection.:)
TY for your feedback! 🙂
Getting great ideas is one thing. Acting on them is quite another. Great post!
Tell me about it! 😆 TY!
Love the John Muir quote….and I plan to do just that! Not that I’m in break, I plan to spend part of my time in a natural setting. Clearing the mind. Meditating. Breathing. Allowing ideas to flow freely. Ahhhhhh . . . I feel better allready! 🙂
BTW, love the cat!
Yes, it’s great to enter a new pleasant season. I plan to do more in nature too. love that Nancy line! 🙂
The cat is so cool! How can one fail not to be happy after viewing such a bundle of joy?
TY! He is delightful and thinks he’s a dog. 🙂
That cat in the last picture looks like he just ate a mouse. LOL.
He probably did! 🙂 😆
He has that look about him. LOL. 🙂 Poor little mouse. 🙁
Cute! I’m not a cat person, but your pic is darling. May change my mind
Oh do Jacqui! Cats can be a lot of fun and they are low maintenance. 😉
I like the first picture of the cat a lot. Cute & sweet one. And really nice concept for this post Elizabeth. I do get my ideas when I am either sitting or walking alone. 🙂
TY Arindam! Like you, I get ideas in many different ways and walking is one of them… Actually, I think this one came while I was walking in the Aqueduct. 😉
Nice sentiments. Thanks for the ping-back.
TY for the comment! Loved my visit to your blog. 🙂
Thank you! I love your blog banner.
This post made me smile. Brief, funny, inspired. That Tangy cat is smart! 😉

TY and I enjoyed it too… I tend to write long posts and I’m trying to be brief… 🙂
Clever post Elizabeth! LOVE the pic of Tangy smiling.

TY Barb! Tangy thanks you too! 😉
Ideas are often fleeting. I do a lot of thinking while I excercise at the gym or swim laps at the pool. The trouble is that I never have a pen and paper handy.
I love the quotes. and I love your photos. Your cat is a charmer.
TY for your comment and yes, ideas are fleeting… can be frustrating too. 🙂
I especially like this idea: if an idea comes along, do it; if not – don’t do a damn thing! Takes away all the pressures, haha
I was thrilled when I read it too and thought it perfect for this post … It was exactly how I was feeling and it gave me an out. Love it. TY! 🙂
Such a lovely happy cat!
TY Gilly! 🙂
Nice way to start my week by reading a post about ideas and getting inspired! Very nicely done as usual, love the cats. 🙂
I love cats too and TY for your feedback. Have a great week! 🙂
What great kitty pics! You’ve inspired me . . . again! I shall pass on goodwill this week!
TY Terry! Goodwill works and I’m right there with you! 🙂
Eliz..you are the queen of quotes. I seem to have the best ideas without trying…
Good for you and I’m glad you enjoy the quotes… I love them and I get a real thrill when I find one that fits the post I’m working on. TY! 🙂
Sweet…off to the woods I go now…lol

Thank you very much for your kind award. I actually have quite a number of them and I’m still working on developing an awards page as I don’t put them on my sidebar; they slowdown page loading time for this blog. Much appreciated and I’ll stop by your blog to say thanks! 🙂
😀
Love the post … thank you so much. I have run dry of good ideas thusly and so frustrating! Thanks for acknowleding that this can sometimes happen 🙂
TY and same here before I wrote the post… I was blanking out and a what the heck came over me. I took a walk… Funny! 🙂
I love Tangy and the cool smiling kitty photo! 🙂
TY and thank sends his thanks! 🙂
Tangy is a beautiful cat (and the Happy Cat is too funny :)) The ‘Walk in the Snowstorm’ photo is beautiful.
My poetry ideas come to me in those brief moments between closing my book/iPad in bed and falling asleep, so I don’t write them down and have often forgotten them by morning :-\
TY and so good to see you back blogging again! The picture is from one of my kids and I love it too. Isn’t it frustrating when a great idea peeks in when you are falling asleep and you’re too tired to get out of bed and get that pen..? I keep one bedside but sometimes I just fall asleep. 🙂
How could I have missed my beautiful Tangy?! Such an adorable happy face. He does have some sage advice. Love it! 🙂
PURR~fect post, Tangy!
I get most of my ideas from walking in the woods and fields and from walking around town just listening and learning and scribbling and sometimes sketching. I feel these ideas coming to a boiling point–and then I go to the keyboard!
Great motivation, and the cat is gorgeous!
Thank you for sharing! 🙂
