As long as we are persistent  in our pursuit of our deepest destiny, we will continue to grow. We cannot choose the day or time when we will fully bloom. It happens in its own time. Denis Waitley
Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past. George Orwell

For this week’s challenge on the future, I thought of the seasonal changes and the flowers in my garden. They form buds, bloom, die down and start the cycle all over again. We can only understand the future by looking at the past and staying vigilant in the present. Hope you like the daffodils. I wanted to share my Magnolia tree in and out of season but I need to find the photos I took of them in the fall… Come back later for more.

We must welcome the future, remembering that soon it will be the past; and we must respect the past, remembering that it was once all that was humanly possible. George Santayana
Look back over the past, with its changing empires that rose and fell, and you can foresee the future, too. Marcus Aurelius

This post was inspired by a prompt from WP Daily Post: FUTURE This week, share an image that represents the potential of things to come. One of the glorious things about photography is that it enables us to take a moment of our present, and make it available to look on in meticulous detail in the future. This week, share with us your interpretation of future.
