The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure , the process is its own reward. Amelia Earhart

“When you start using senses you’ve neglected, your reward is to see the world with completely fresh eyes.”Barbara Sher

Weekly Photo Challenge: The Reward…

Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again. Og Mandino

Hope you enjoyed this week’s serving. Do share your thoughts below! Thank you!

My fellow bloggers were equally creative with their selections. Check out how others interpreted the theme below.

This post was inspired by a prompt from WP Daily Post: Weekly Photo Challenge: Reward What does reward mean to you?  Reward is filthy with possibility: it could be your third grader’s beaming smile after reading her first chapter book, a steaming mug of chicken soup after a long run in the cold, a photo of your brand-new baby — your reward for patience during nine months of construction, or your extended family gathered around the dinner table. Can’t wait to see how you interpret this challenge. Have fun!

Positive Motivation Tip:  Everything that matters, takes time and effort and, with time, we come to realize that our effort is its own reward.  Go do it!

I love the birds you chose to photograph. The use of the rule of thirds was great in the first two photos.

I love nature photography. Yours is absolutely beautiful! The one photo I took of birds in their nest was in Mendocino. I cherish this photo so much. Here it is:

I am soooo still working on getting better at mediating. I’m doing well with it, but not as well. Using the Rosary sure has helped, though 😀 Love the little birdies 🙂

I felt that with many of them… Gratitude spreads. They make me and out cat happy. I was rushing to post it so I left other photos out. I will update it later today. TY!

Such beautiful birds. Haven’t seen to many up here in Michigan yet, but I know they are on their way. Usually about mid-March some of them start to head back and you can hear chirps as the snow melts.

Love your birds, Elizabeth, so colorful and cuddly.
That Mandino quote resonates. I often think about it but mostly for people in my life. My life would be richer, I know, if I did it all the time for everyone. Have a great Sunday and a beautiful week!

I love seeing different-colored birds in the wintertime. Their colors look more vibrant against the almost-glowing whiteness of the snow. I like Wilma Rudolph’s quote that you used as an intro to this post.
