Try The World: Enjoy The Venice Box

I will never forget experiencing Venice for the first time. It feels like you are transported to another time – the art, music, food and pure romance in the air is like no other place. Elizabeth Berkley

The beautiful city of Venice, Venezia, Venexia is a World Heritage Site, located in the Venetian Lagoon. It is made up of 117 islands split by canals and linked by bridges. Often, when we think of Venice, the first image that comes to mind is of a gondolier in a Gondola, ferreting tourists and locals from one part of the city to another. Yet, it has so much more to offer. Have you been to Venice? If yes, you know of its magnificent art, architecture, and exquisite dining. Like folks in other parts of Italy, the Venetians love good food and wine and, of course, desserts. Today, we will visit this unique Floating City from the comfort of our armchair. Try The World’s Venice Box will make your heart sing and inspire great creativity and memories of time spent in the City of Canals.

“If I could live in one city and do every single thing I do there, I would choose Venice. You can’t turn your head without seeing something amazing.” Nile Rodgers

To build a city where it is impossible to build a city is madness in itself, but to build there one of the most elegant and grandest of cities is the madness of genius. Alexander Herzen
There is something so different in Venice from any other place in the world, that you leave at once all accustomed habits and everyday sights to enter an enchanted garden. Mary Shelley

Venice is known by many names, and, as you kick back and enjoy the servings from The Venice Box, think of “La Dominante”, “Serenissima”, “Queen of the Adriatic”, “City of Water”, “City of Masks”, “City of Bridges”, “The Floating City”, and “City of Canals.” All of these names will lead you back to Venice and its fine cuisine. On a visit to Venice, I didn’t want to leave. The City seemed like a surreal dream to me; a city floating on water with beautiful things to see everywhere I looked. If you have a bucket list of places to visit in your lifetime, you must add Venice to the list…  Today!
