As a war survivor, I know that War will never be the best option to settling differences. Peace is key and it begins with You and Me. In war zones, innocent children, mothers, fathers become casualties of conflict. In situations of domestic violence a Happy Valentine’s Day can be another day to be victimized.

I wish everyone a very Happy Valentine’s Day! May you find love, peace and pleasure in your home and surroundings. While this is a day for love, hugs and chocolates, some people won’t have anyone to celebrate with them. Well, my husband and I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day, but and end to pain and suffering would be amazing any day, right?

My wish for Valentine’s Day? Chocolate! And, a night in with hubby without computers or distractions!
Those heart oversized sunglasses are a HOOT! I’ll have to pick myself up a special treat for tomorrow!

we don’t do Valentine’s day as a couple but instead spread the love to our kids. chocolates are hit for anyone though

Valentine’s day isn’t a big deal here. But if I was going to wish – I am hoping my parents keep the kiddos so I can have some relaxing time with my hubby!

We are celebrating Valentines day here by making some fabulous cupcakes with the kiddos. I remember back to a day when things were not so good in a previous relationship and Valentines day was always rough for me. Prayers for everyone to have a great day.

I dont get much of a Valentines Day with my birthday coming a few days later
