Haiku: Auguries of August…

Not a whit, we defy augury. There is special providence in the fall of a sparrow. If it be now, ’tis not to come; if it be not to come, it will be now; if it be not now, yet it will come—the readiness is all. William Shakespeare

  2. Everyone loves the fall. The coming of holidays, the cooling weather. Not me. I lament the death of summer. I love the heat, the long lingering days. The late sunset. Someday, I will live where the seasons don’t change. Yes, I am that odd one. Someone has to be! :)

  3. I am impressed! Well, I should not be coming from a master of words as yourself. Having homeschooled my daughter, I deeply appreciate anyone that can Haiku. Stella was okay at it as long as it was sarcastic! My one and only was,,, are you ready?
