She Walks In Beauty by Lord Byron
She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;

Our solar system offers many wondrous and beautiful images; illuminating us and our world. I spent some time on the NASA site today reading about the upcoming Transit of Venus scheduled for June 5-6, 2012; something that won’t happen again for many years to come. It was a great reminder that there are many other faces of beauty and we can all show our appreciation by embracing this diversity on our planet and beyond. I’ve added some more shots below for your enjoyment.

Perhaps, this consideration would open our minds to appreciate all life forms, all people, all faiths, and all ways of being and living… After all, we are not alone. More below!
